Kickboxing Remix

Join us for a new twist on kickboxing; we have incorporated metabolic threshold training. Along with weights and bands to give you all overall mind blowing body changing routine that is never the same so you results we continue no matter how many times you take the class. The classes are designed so you can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Ropes/TRX

None impact aerobics combined strength. Both are extremely safe to use; they increase power output while working on balance, core, and coordination. It allows bilateral exercises with unilateral emphasis. It reduces the orthopedic load on joints. while building strength and muscle.
